**New Minor Requirements Effective WIN 2024**
To earn a Leadership Minor, students must complete 25 credits. Students will complete:
- 2 core courses
- LEAD 100 (5)
- LEAD 495 (3)
- 1 leadership experience
- 1 course from each elective category (4 courses total)
- Self
- Interpersonal
- Group and Organization
- Community and Society
Additionally:
- At least 15 credits of the 25 total must be at the 300–400 level. Students will take LEAD 100 and may take an additional 5 credits at the 100/200 level.
- Only 10 credits used for the minor may overlap with your major.
- A course cannot fulfill more than one minor requirement at the same time. While a course may appear in multiple categories on the course search page, you may only use it to satisfy one category in your minor.
- Courses taken Satisfactory/Not Satisfactory will not be counted toward the minor.
